Thereafter, the City may dispose of the item as the City deems reasonable and retain any proceeds there from. In such an event, the City will not be responsible for any item damaged by such removal.If the bidder has not picked up their item within 30 days after the sale date, the bidder shall be deemed to have ceded ownership to the City of Columbus.
